Boom Crash!!

I haven't updated in a while because...
Sunday(not this past Sunday, LAST Sunday) while Joli and I were at the Christmas party at church, the power went out in 1/2 of the house (seriously, like split down the middle lol). An electrician came in the morning on Monday and fixed the problem. BUT...
Sunday awhen the power went out my computer was on and the power outage crashed my computer :( SOOOOO, my brother looked at it(that genious that he is haha) and thought the power supply may have stopped working since then. So he had to find his extra one and yesterday he found it, tried it in our computers, and it worked! Hooray! LOL. Today, at work, he got us new power supplies and my dad put Joli's in. And her computer works now. (Oh yeah, forgot to tell you the same thing happened to her computer) When my dad gets home in a few minutes he's going to fix my computer :-)
I've been on this computer(the family computer) and my mom's laptop for the last couple of days. It hasn't been all bad though because I don't need a computer to survive, ya know?
But I was worried that I'd lose EVERYTHING off of my computer if it didn't work with a new power supply. I had like all of my logs and everything for school on there and of course other important stuff was in there somewhere I'm sure lol. But it's all good noiw--it worked! Haha.
Sad thing is that even though I didn't have a computer to entertain me and distract me, i STILLLLL didn't do any schoolwork. LOL. Well it IS and lol and it ISN'T an LOL. It's funny, but I REALLY REALLY need to do schoolwork. *sigh*
It's never going to get done is it?
That's the story but here's something else:
This whole "holiday tree" thing!! What is UP with that, it's totally ridiculous!!!
