(no subject)
hey, so sarah's post inspired me to make one of my own. i haven't updated since before i went to kelleys island... hmm
so the island was fun, it was hot and humid the first few days. then it cooled down. during one of those first few hot days, my dad, brother, and i decided to ride our bikes down into an old abandoned quarry, and we couldn't find our way out, and we were trapped down there for hours with out water, surrounded by steep black rocks with no way out. we finally found a narrow section of rock that was a little less than a 90 degree angle and dragged our bikes out, and that was basically the only really interesting time of the trip... but it was relaxing and whatnot.
i've been working every weekday since. its been pretty fun. mm bacteria and protein filled days, yay. its actually a lot better than most summer jobs i could think of, so i can't complain.
sarah's birthday party was awesome. for once i didn't have to go anywhere so i could swim. :D andrea's party was crazy and corn field-filled. i thought i lost my ring and was freaking out. and then my mom found it. lol. i didn't even tell her i lost it. >.> sorry to everyone i made serch for it... and sorry andrea if carlos still has my card. he's so cute, though!
uh, so some of you know the shapiros, well, laura's bat-mitzvah was this past weekend and was very drama-y. that family is crazy! but i made some cool friends with anna's cousins and i got a fish! they had fish as table decorations at the big party thing and they were giving them away at the end so i took one. my brother got one also, but its like he's mine b/c i'm the one feeding him and stuff, nate could care less. i named my fish nymphador. isn't that a cool name, i thought so. he's blueish green with bright red fins and is so pretty!
hmm, not much else to say that i can think of, just sitting here at work, bored, waiting for antibody to bind to proteins. yep.
OFMG! i just realized its august. school starts in 24 days! i need to read! oi. all the pretty hores sucks and i hear light in august isn't much better. grr. i should read...
