no really there are a lot of young kids who really believe that avril is punk, and nirvana has such a mythical status that its easy for someone to lump that in without really being able to appriciate the music, i keep thinking this journal is fake, this journal is fake (i saw it on imightbeinatree.com) but then i think about all the kids i know and it might be real, too bad this person cant find a way to let us know that it isnt real without blowing her cover.

Of course it is fake. How could a 14-year-old quote Cutting Crew lyrics? That song was long forgotten before she would was born.

Would was? I guess I was waffling between:

"...before she was born." (implies that she is real)
"...before she would have been born." (implies she's a fake)

i dunno. that song was in vice City. it's unlikely that the daughter of such a courageous cop who is single-handedly taking on the pakistani preschool bombing terrorists would play the game. but who knows?
