Ryeowook's POV
We are now traveling, no one is talking and the atmosphere is dull. Ugh! My heartbeat is still unstable, I can smell his scent, and it’s so fragrant I also sense that he is looking at me every now and then, and makes my heart tenser.
Suddenly, I heard a cell phone ringing. I looked around, and saw Minnie picked up his phone, I shrugged, I look at kyu, I think he sensed it so he looked at me and smiled, I immediately look at the road, I feel my cheeks were burning. I am caught in the act. Tsk!
“Okay, see you there!” It’s Minnie’s voice.
Wait! What did he say?! No don’t tell me that…
“Wookie? Kyu? My friend just called me and he is asking me a favor, I must go in there now, I’m sorry for leaving you two alone, but I know for sure that you like it more, haha! Just joking, Kyu? Can you stop at the next train station?”
I can’t believe you Minnie! I looked at him with my shocked eyes, believe me, he saw it, but he was just ignoring me, with that evil grin on his face, I really wanted to hit him right at that moment.
“Okay Minnie” It’s Kyu. I really want to go with Minnie, he is evil, why he is leaving me alone. I sighed. “You know Minnie that I’ll protect your friend with all my might, he will be safe with me, I assure you that, and you take care, see you tomorrow.” His words, I can’t help but to smile. I waved at Minnie and acting that I am slashing my neck indicating that I’ll kill him tomorrow, he just laughed at it and kissed my cheek.
The engine starts again, I thought that my saliva will be stuck up like earlier but I am surprised when he is talking at me, Okay, you Kim Ryeowook must act normal.
“Ahm, can I ask you something?” I heard him saying.
“Yeah, it’s okay” I replied simply, I hope it doesn’t sound tensed.
“I don’t know where will I drop you, I don’t know your address, hehe” Now, that’s funny, I can’t help myself to laugh, I saw him touching his neck, he looks shy and really I found it cute.
“Well, I live now with Minnie Hyung, he said you already go there during your school days, so I guess you know it” I smiled widely, seems like the atmosphere is now lively, and I feel somewhat comfortable with him, just, don’t he dare look at me again because I told you, my heart will be hyper again! Haha.
“You’re really close with Minnie?” He asked.
“Well yeah, it seems like we’re best friends. He was there when I’m super down and he never left me, I was really thankful because of that” I said, while reminiscing the moments when that guy left me and all I have is Minnie Hyung, Thanks to me I’ve been able to moved on, if not maybe I was dead by now.
“I hope that we will be close too” I heard him saying, that brings me back to reality, I smiled at his words.
“Well? Why not, Minnie said you’re kind, maybe that will take time but who knows we will be close too, much closer than Minnie hyung, haha!” Omo! I really hope that it will happen, but how can I help myself to control this feelings whenever I’m with him, I guess I have to be used by this feeling, the butterflies in my stomach, my heart being hyper, my jaw being wide open whenever I look at him and many more.
“I guess we have to celebrate, our first day of being friends! My treat!” He said while clapping his hands, looks like a child, so cute! He is parking his car on one of the restaurant, and me, I can’t help but to think that we will have our first dinner date, wait! I rephrase that, this is just a friendly date!
We are now heading our way towards the entrance of the restaurant, he is guiding me all the way, and I found it very charming, he is true gentleman. We seated facing each other and I really like it, I can look at his face the whole time easily, we ate our food and have a nice talk, this will be a night that I will surely never forget, not because of the food but because of the stories we shared, our first night being together.
