music and art, mon.

seriously. I feel this rush of emotion and it's kinda cool cuz I can trigger it just by imagining the song being played...

Today in art class we were looking at some of the works of Rembrant and Vermeer... it is fucking crazy how awesome some of the paintings were. Looking into his [Rembrants] eyes, I felt a connection with the artist. While I myself can't paint worth a damn, I find guitar to be my outlet. I learned Iris (Goo Goo Dolls) today, but most importantly I got (most of) my studies done and that's what is important right now.

In fact, the only reason I feel like writing every day is to keep my mind active.

I woke up this morning from a dream that involved Mika Tan (yes, the pornstar), and the first thought that was in my head was "Oh fuck, I gotta go to class at ten. Now I gotta fall back asleep and then wake up at 9:45, blah blah blah," but looking at a clock I noticed it was 7:20. So then I ate and studied communications.

I dislike the teacher for that class, for some odd reason or another. He has a very annoying voice.

Then I went to math, my minor, and got an exam back. I got an 83% and that cheered me up a little. So did a B- on an art exam. Ha!

It's my PoliSci class that's gonna screw me over though. And I did write my english essay four days ago.

Fuck. Out of smokes.

Oh, and I had a really, really interesting discussion with an upperclassman today. Him and I were talking about how America should build its cities more like Japan: Build upwards, not outwards. And that way, mass transit (AKA Public Transportation) would also become more effecient.

And we figured out a way to cut down on fossil based fuel (gasoline) use: Trains that use magnets to run. Somethin' like that.

It was cool stuff.

All I gotta say is we need to get in touch with three things:

1. Man.
2. Nature.
3. The Nature of Man.

I'll go into that later...
