Excessively loud music (of the sort that reverberates through you) in the car is good...even better than swimming in fact for allowing proper thinking uncluttered by stuff..it also has the benefit of allowing loud singing (which swimming is less good for - or at least such behaviour in a swimming pool is generally frowned on). It is also not currently off limits too due to stupid-leg-not-straighteningness. This is but one small reason why tomorrow is going to be a most excellent day. How will tomorrow be excellent? Let me count the ways....
