Sakuya's hair arrived today! I was kind of shocked: I opted for the cheapest method of shipping, which was labeled 5-10 days, and it arrived in less than 3 days. It's long, purple hair, which is just the right color and just the right length -- a pain in the ass to find to begin with, and this was one of the cheapest wigs on the net at all ($20 including shipping). Found it at The Garment District.
Also, for the first time in a good few years, I've got characters squabbling in my head. Helen (Nell), Tom, Jacqueline (Jack), and Charlie. Mostly Charlie, who doesn't seem to realize how disturbing his ideas are. Jack comes in second, because she's nuts and should probably be straitjacketed. Tom pipes in sometimes when he's feeling righteous and opinionated, and Nell randomly speaks up with something completely and unexpectedly wtf.
Why do my female characters always have to have weird nicknames?
Now I just need something for them to do, and something to bind them together so they'll interact.
