Note: Those appear to be the official manufacturer's sites, not necessarily where you can buy them cheapest.  Please shop around online and in local stores for the best prices because many distributors sell them at discounted prices.

Restrictions:
Until Intellectual Property conflicts are resolved, MPower cups are for South African customers only.
At 20 Euros for shipping, Iris Cups discourages sales to those outside their home country of Spain.
The Chilean MiaLuna and Brazilian MissCup seem to only be available within their countries.
The JuJu site says that their "Products are shipped to all countries except USA and Canada."
UK Mooncups are now known as MCUK when sold to those in the USA.

All other cups must be ordered internationally.  Just because it claims to be "made of FDA Approved silicone" doesn't mean the cup itself has been FDA Approved.  And just because a cup isn't FDA Approved doesn't mean it's bad or dangerous.  It can still be imported to the US for personal use -- but not for retail sale.
