Somewhat good news somewhat stressful news in this here journal entry.
We heard from the seller's realtor (talking about the house) and she's apparently got a plumber, electrician, and an AC guy going to the house this week. Apparently, she's getting stuff lined up to fix three of the most major issues with the house- the leak/pipe issue/hole in the ceiling, the upstairs AC unit not blowing cold, and a few of the outlets in the kitchen that are wired wrong. Woah... If she gets this stuff fixed...it'd be amazing, quite frankly. Save us a couple bucks as well, 'cause once we get all this down payment stuff done along with the other costs, money's gonna be tight for a little while before we get settled.
Is it crazy to think our family has saved almost five thousand dollars in four months? I fuckin' think so. But it's true as can be. We don't know how we did it, but somehow we managed.
The stressful part of this entry (well, to me and dad) is that the closing date might be pushed back a few days. School starts on the 30th (oh boy, school. HOLY HELL, THE THIRTIETH IS IN LIKE TWO WEEKS. ;fjadlksaveme?) so stuff's gonna be hectic.
But that's about it, just wanted to write about good shtuff.
oh and fuck, drowning pool will be here for an autograph signing tomorrow and both parents are working. Ffs.
oooh, and, summer assignments are almost done! Just two more left. So excited.
