[Heart hasn't found a home yet, mostly because she's not sure she needs to and partially because no one has really invited her to live with them or anything. [Voice though activates her protocols. Listening to that... she might be within her accepted range. But she can't process her as a user like this. Thus, Heart files her under "undefined" for now and she'll process her if and when they meet in person. This process probably took a while though, so there might have been a two or three minute pause before Heart's first answer.

Thus, she just keeps using her basic personality as she turns on voice and-] A communication rune? What's what?

It's a rune you use to talk to other people who are very far away. Uwaaa... like... a magical symbol you get put on your hand. Though, I never say one put one on their hand. They usually keep them on the stones...
