Watched "Shadowlands" very sad movie with an intelligent plot and witty side plot. Not so much of a side plot but kind of a story about religion and how we find the meaning of religion, and how our beliefs are always changing. Gave insight into the idea of believing in something but not being afraid to question it at every turn. What kind of faith is that? Obviously bad according to head religions and a hardcore atheist, but what else should one do.
C. S. Lewis: That's not why I pray, Harry. I pray because I can't help myself. I pray because I'm helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time, waking and sleeping. It doesn't change God, it changes me.
