my parents left on friday for maine. liz came home on saturday. i've been so so exhausted this week -- i'm so busy and that's poo. i'm the lady of the house this week, and it sucks. i have to boss my sister around and it makes me feel like a mom so instead i let her do whatever she wants. which is basically tanning on the roof and eating spinach 24/7.
saturday bec was supposed to come over, but i passed out completely after work and had to scratch plans for the night. boo for me being 80 years old.
in other news i have my heart set on getting a pair of leopard print stilletos before i go to school. i saw them online and i want them. i would wear them like once, but it would be worth it. that and a pair of those fabulous stretch gaucho pants. omg the glory that is gaucho.
i'm making an appt with a personal trainer next week so i can begin my hard core weight lifting routine. my dad nags that i have no shoulder muscles. oyyy. i do need to get stronger though if i want to achieve my dream of one day beating liz russell in arm wrestling. oh my aspirations...
today at the BB the radio in the back room was tuned to the christian radio station. i was unpacking boxes of sweaters and heard a lengthy sermon about the 'wrath of God.' it was really scary. and last night at the gym i watched this thing on cnn about one of those camps made to 'convert' homosexual teens to being straight. it was super depressing because this one guy was trying so hard to be 'straight' to be accepted by his family.
anyway, in other other news, i'm baking with beth this weekend and am super excited about it. i haven't baked that much this summer, and i miss it!!!
time to go think of something of interest/amsuing to write in this here eljay.
