Woo...pain
Yeah, been a while, sorry for the lack of entries. Fallen into a hole, it seems. Anyhow, let me fill you in on the last while. Been kinda lazy with the band, since it's just Jake and I. A two man band would rock, but we're just not talented enough to play 2 guitars, a bass, drums, and sing with just the two of us. However, we are getting there. But we have a lot of songs to clean up and finish over Christmas break. I do believe I will have a car soon, I'll fill you in on the details later, when I get it, or when I don't get it.
Anyhow, just been bummin'. My grades have been slipping a little, but I'll try to pick it up. I think the progress report was wrong anyhow, a lot of classes I'm sure I have an A in were marked as C's, so the old man got on my case. I have a big Psychology Cumulative test tomorrow, so if I do well, which I know I can, it will bring up my grade a few points, which I need badly, that class is hard. Outside school, my social life is rather boring. But I suppose it's better than it's been. Been hanging out with Jake and Liz plenty, of course. Yesterday Jake and I had a night out with Tracy and Lara, which was boring, and uneventful. Not my sort of people, those two. But tonight Jake, Haley, Liz, and I had a nice day. I took Jake to the place I work, Treasure Cove, so we could get his brother a Christmas present with my company discount. We picked him out a guitar T-shirt. We got half off. It rocked. We also went to some bath shop in town, and it smelled horrible. I put on some free sample lotion, and it smelled weird too, but it was okay. We went back to my house, because we were done shopping, and didn't feel like being in the cold. It was like 5-10 degrees throughout the day(I checked my thermometer outside). That's way too fucken' cold, yo. Anyhow, Jake and Liz broke off at some point, and Haley and I had a chance to talk, which was nice. I think I might like her. By that, I mean I do like her, of course, but I'd like to get to know her better before making a final decision. It was a good talk, and I felt really comfortable with her, although I fear she may have been a bit bored. Hopefully not. Yeah, I hope that goes well, she's pretty darn cool.
I gotta get studying for Psych and try to get to bed soon, thanks for reading.
