Randomness and RIP Mandelbrot :(
Spent my Saturday morning at work, so I haven't much to say. Trying to post regularly though ;)
As twittered, I'll be in Milano in November. Can't wait to meet some lovely people, visit again the city a bit, attend some events and exhibitions (yay Dalì!!) and have some quality time. I may be shooting as well, not sure as I'm still in hiatus and it mostly depends on the project I am being proposed. It's a shame not to take any pic of my hair before it turns back to a natural colour anyway. We'll see :)
On a sad news, I found out today that Benoît B. Mandelbrot died on Thursday. Mandelbrot was an amazing mathematician (ever heard of fractals?) and he was 85. People always remember actors and artists and often do not know about the people behind many innovations/discoveries. Mandelbrot was one of those, and also a math artist. His death was caused by pancreatic cancer.
