hi!
i couldnt watch the clips, they werent working for me. but i dont have to watch them, seeing as how im canadian, i feel i have a pretty good grasp on the topic!
the truth of the matter is that most people in canada feel that torontonians (citizens of toronto) feel that the world revolves around them. The feeling gets stronger the further away you get from Ontario. In fact, Ontarians (those of us residing in the province of Ontario) are mocked as well, as different ones from other provinces feel Ontario as a whole has an ego, so to speak. like were the best, the most important part of Canada, etc.

As an east-coast Canadian, I can vouch for this feeling...I notice/hear it a lot. I've been to Ontario many times and I just don't see much to be mad about. :) I think you get that kind of feeling about any big city.

I enjoyed the Arrogant Worms "Toronto" song clip. hehe!
