Holiday
Yesterday was Christmas. And what a great Christmas it was! I received a few handbags, some jewelry, Lord of the Rings trilogy, gift certificates, socks, and a cozy p.j. set. More than anything, I just enjoyed being there with my family and seeing their faces when they opened gifts. Tomorrow my mom, brother, and I are going out to the movies and to dinner, I'm pretty excited. I love the holidays. It's a relaxing time with your family.
Tuesday my mom and I are driving to Tupelo to visit an aunt and then driving to my mother's hometown of Oxford, Mississippi. I'm going to take a tour of her childhood. The coolest thing - she's going to show me the street where she would walk and say 'hello' to William Faulkner! He lived there in Oxford and walked the streets. Pretty rad huh? So, many'a pictures will be taken.
Looking for a job in Atlanta...hoping to move there by February. Night.
