Meme: In Character Username Analysis
While muns certainly know why they've picked out certain usernames for their characters, that doesn't mean that the usernames reflect the characters' conceptions of themselves-- or, even, other people. Comment with what your characters would think about their chosen usernames if they were ever made aware, then have your characters ICly go around and comment on those of others. Maybe laugh a little, or make suggestions for improvement.
