Room 518, Tuesday Evening
Gavin didn't have any classes till Thursday so most of his time was spent relaxing especially after an exhausting weekend. It was always nice to have a few days to unwind when you spent so many days wound tight as a top. He was halfway asleep when someone knocked on his door.
With a groan, he padded over and opened it, surprised to find John on the other side.
"Hey." Which was teenage boy code for 'how are you?' of course.
John went to say something, probably to start his apologies when, like so often this week already, a little green gremlin sneaked up behind him and took a bite out of John's calf. He moved into Gavin's room quickly and did the same thing to Gavin's knee.
Apologies would have to wait.
