They always say that prison hardens a man. For Gavin, it just made him hungrier. Hungrier for revenge, hungrier for retribution, hungrier for justice.
When you spend ten years of your life locked up in a small, dank, cage, your priorities change. Gavin didn't regret his crime. From the beginning, he'd been raised to take what he needed and damn those who got in the way.
He'd needed that car. That twit car salesman had just been in the way so Gavin had...changed that. Damn the witness. Damn the idiot who'd been there, trying to buy a car of his own and had seen what he'd done.
They didn't call him Hellrunner for nothing.
Ten years in that hell hole.
But, Gavin had waited. He'd done his time, done his good behavior, made the parole board think he'd changed.
Laughable.
He was out now. And it was time. Time to find the miserable husk of a man who'd put him away. And he'd take his revenge.
Tenfold.
[Gavin's an ex-con dun dun dun. He's looking for someone specific but he'll be generally growly and mean to anyone. So, establishy but open!]
