Fasted last night for blood work this morning
Tried to go to bed early
Didn't work
Never does
Can't find a comfortable position
Woke up after 3 hours of sleep
Went online from 4-5am
Tried to go back to bed
Waited in bed for sleep that never came

I think pets are okay cus the nice family that lived here before the Koreans had a dog.. and I am certainly okay with pets.. I LOVE animals. I dont know if it makes a difference how many pets..
I have no clue what the square footage of the house is.. and like I said I have no idea if there is a basement.. I've only been in the main area of the house. There is a 1 car garage, but the people now use it for storage and the people who lived here beofre used it for storage too.. so I have no clue if a car actually fits in it... But you would get the driveway to park the car on.. I park on the street. The garage does not have an automatic garage door opener.. you have to lift it to get in, so I'm guessing that's why people use it for storage.
I don't use the backyard.. the pets would certianly have full run of the yard and it's fenced it so they'd be safe.
I guess my only concern would be that it's a smoke free house.. I am uber sensitive to smells.. I was very clear to the landlord when he was renting out the house that I really wanted him to make sure there were no smokers.
If I had a digital camera, I'd take a picture of the outside of the house.. Maybe I can borrow a camera and do that..
I wish I could just bust in downstairs and take pictures of the inside..hahaha. But yeah.. i will certainly ask my landlord next time I talk to him exactly what he's asking for it and the square footage, etc. And you let me know if you are interested.
If I remember correctly, you are originally from Long Island? Or you lived her a long time ago? Are you familiar with Plainview at all?
I know it's in advnace and only being discussed.. but the thought of it maybe happening makes me excited! Okay.. just let me know what you and Shawn are looking into and we'll keep each otehr updated! :)

Anyway, we have a steam cleaner and a vacuum so floor issues are easily handled. The third bedroom can be (if it is not too small) my photo studio/sewing area. The second will be the office. Are you online? Text me, please? I am online...

Just to answer your questions..
It's only me and the Korean people in the house.. I live upstairs and they have the rest of the house downstairs.. I am very quiet and courteous.. I think the only annoying this I do is I play music while I take a shower.. But that's about it. I am completely nocturnal.. And I don't cook :P Well I make oatmeal in the microwave.. I eat out a lot :P
Scent and noise issues are the most important to me too! It drives me nuts that they slam the cabinet doors in the kitchen ALL DAY downstairs and they SLAM the front door whenever they leave.. I sleep with earplugs in and I STILL hear them. I hate them. Did I mention I hate them? :P
Yeah.. let me know if I should talk to my landlord if you are really considering it.. and I'll ask him when he expects they are leaving or when he is kicking them out (their lease is officially up in July I think and I'll do anything to make sure he doesnt renew it!) I'll text you the name of the street privately if you wanna look up the location on google maps.
Oh. .I almost forgot about your public transportation question..The closest train station (LIRR) is the Hicksville station which is really close by. Not walking distance (but what is walking distance for us anyway..ha!) but a one minute car ride away. It takes less than an hour to get into the city by train from here..like 45 mins.
Ugh.. I hope this all makes sense.. I'm really sick at the moment and my brian is having problems...i had to correct like 500 typos in this message.
