Figure people should work on the same server -- I'm thinking PvE (no reason to have the headache of random murder). Has anyone already picked one? I'm assuming the server names will be the same in 2 weeks.
Also, if you pre-order from amazon.com you get "early game access", which seems like it means you can play on Dec 15th instead of Dec 20th.
