more issues with boch honda

so when my car wasn't ready when promised they gave me a rental and told me that it would be paid for by them, including whatever gas i used. i checked my credit card transactions online just now, and what did i find? a $60.58 charge from the rental agency. i'm assuming it's because i had to keep the car an extra day, but it still seems high. not to mention that it was not my fault i had to keep the rental for an extra day since my car was not ready when promised. i bet those fuckers also charged me for gas. i called and left an angry message for the supervisor i spoke to the other day, but i'm not going to hear back from him tonight since they've closed for the night. if i don't hear from them by noon tomorrow j and i are going to pay them a visit in person. heck, i think we might show up there in person anyway just to move things along a little quicker.

just realized i never did a follow up....i called the guy back after talking it over with j. i left him a message asking him to call me back, and he never did. he probably figured they already have my money for the car, so why bother trying to keep me as a customer? asshole. please do me a favor, those of you in the boston area:

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM ANY BOCH DEALERSHIP!!!!! and please tell everyone you know NOT TO BUY THEIR CARS FROM ANY BOCH DEALERSHIP!!!!!

perhaps i should mention this to help me hank next time i see her in the elevator at work.....
