Getting back to painting again
I am going to sign up to the HG/SS exchange and I am getting a bit wibbly about writing a whole plotted story to a prompt. I haven't done anything like it in years, but it is the cool sort of giggly wibbles that one gets before going down a scary watershoot or something.
Anyway, in case I utterly flunk on the writing side, I thought I'd dig out my watercolours after a rest of about eleven years. I counted it up this morning as I was drinking my morning cuppa. I haven't painted at all since my eldest was born. So I am going to be hellish rusty but I am absolutely determined to produce something worthwhile for my prompter.
So, what I am planning to do is try and get something sketched or painted every day (even if it is small) as a warm up to the exchange and get it posted up on here so I can see the progression. I have two months after all before I have to show the mods something.
I am still giggling.
