Bakery

So I've come up with this somewhat crazy idea. I want to start my own bakery cafe. So far I'm just in the phase of testing out recipes to finalize my menu. Then I'll start on a business plan. I'm working slow because I want to do this right and I also need my job right now for health insurance related reasons. I'm thinking that this whole process may take a year or maybe a little bit more depending on how things pan out.

I am going to remain optimistic.
