Poe and Danielewski
Today I finally compared the excerpt from House of Leaves with the song it reminded me of. Wouldn't you know, the words were identical. Turns out Danielewski read the excerpt for the song. Poe's "Hey Pretty" remix. Did I ever feel like a dumbass. Figures.
First update from my new comp. Yay for me. Poddy pod is up and running. This pleases me. I took it along a hike with me yesterday.
I want my long hair back again. There's a problem with always wanting a change with my hair. Color can be changed instantaneously. Length? I can go from long to short in a matter of minutes. But when the reverse is desired it takes months. Boo.
Oy, work has sucked lately. It's as though all the customers have rallied together to make all the associates have miserable days. I'm not the only that feels this way. I can't even begin to tell you some of the stories that have emerged from the last week.
