i went to see my therapist this morning. it was really uncomfortable cause he was asking me all these questions with my parents in room. he looks like mike levin though and its really creepy. but anyway he said that i should do things that make me happy instead of breaking shit when i get mad so i decided that i should start writing about GOOD
