been awhile
It has been a long time since I last updated. I just looked at an entry from two years ago and man I seemed young and silly.
This weekend I took the $15 China town bus to NYC and met up with my mom, her best friend Pam, and my aunt Monique. We hung out, talked, went to dinner, and then went to bed.
Saturday: monique had to leave to be with my uncle. So Mom and Pam and I went shopping for fake stuff for gifts for people, then had a late lunch. We went back to the hotel and hung out a little bit before going to see the play: A Light in the Piazza. It was very good. The main role was played by a girl from Sam Houston and it was her broadway debut.
Sunday: we got some lunch, then went and saw LADY IN WHITE, the new andrew lloyd weber musical. It was really incredible. The stages were done by projection and had moving white panels. It was crazy. The music and singing were fantastic.
Today: we got some breakfast before mom and Pam had to leave for the airport and I had to go to the bus. I really like the Fung Wah buses. They are a great deal. straight from Boston's south station to NYC for 15 dollars each way: how can you go wrong?
Sometimes I feel very young, but recently I feel like an old woman. Funny. Time is quite a trickster.
I now must go write a paper and study for a test. Ugh to school.
