Mucho Annoyances.

Dec 20, 2007 15:55

My mum said she wont buy me another car (even though the insurance is being put into my dad's account) until I have a full time job.

This is so annoying! I cant just FORCE an employer to hire me!

In the mean time, i will be selling my guitar to save a bit of cash and have a bit of flexible money should I need it over the Christmas break which I do.

This is the type of guitar I have:

A Yamaha ERG 121. Back a few years ago, it was every musical minded teenagers dream to get one of these.

Mine has a dent in the neck, black nailpolish to cover a dent in the base, and the most awesome Astro-Boy sticker on a guitar you will ever find.

Here is a picture of me rocking out o Christmas Day, 2005.

Pretty awesome stuff, huh? My rockstar hair is cut crooked on purpose and my fashionable trendy brown cordoroy jeans were all the rage in Milan. (Not really, I made the jeans part up. They were just really comfy.)

Around the places I have looked, they are selling pre-loved for about $350. I would be happy to get $320 and wouldnt take anything less than $300.

I have heaps of picks and straps and spare strings, and I have an old ex-gig amp that has seen many many shows (so many in fact that it no longer works). My own 10W amp has taken many a dive off of the outside shelf (mum wouldnt let me play guitar in house) and is very much loved and in good condition.

I am advertising it in the quokka this week, aswell as drum media and xpress magazine. I wonder about eBay... hm..

I should have sold the guitar last year when I originally wanted to, but sentimental value caused me to horde it a little longer. Now, it is time for Dros (the name of my guitar) and I to part.

(If anyone knows anyone who is interested in a pre loved astro boy yamaha erg 121 to add to their collection feel free to email me at termagen@gmail.com )

guitar, angry mother
