Imagine my huge sigh of accomplishment and relief, Dear Readers. The Skool! semester has ended, and i am pleased by this. Only two semesters until i will have my totally useful Fine Arts degree in hand. (Seriously folks, what was i thinking? i must be crazy to take a degree in Art, simply because i love it. Passion doesn't pay the bills, but it sure is fun.) Finished Christmas shopping/making/wrapping/packing tonight, and will send out the last of the postal presents tomorrow. i have, again, done a huge pile of crocheting (hats this year) and again, my hand cramps have hand cramps. Speaking of hand cramps, last Thursday i went with Rob, Brian and Miz Buddy to witness the glory that is Seven Mary Three. They are my favorite band, and i absolutely love interpreting their music into sign language for Buddy. I was particularly excited by the fact that this time around, she began signing/singing along! Yes! Also gave the band their Christmas presents, so now they have nifty hats to match the scarves i made for them last year. Next year it'll be mittens, and after that, they're on their own. that's what Floridians get for coming to the Midwest in the dead of winter. And...i cannot WAIT to give Rob his Christmas gift. It will be a giant Dr Who Geek Moment, and he will freak out like a little girl, and i will love it. Rob is currently snoring away blissfully in the bedroom. Why am i still awake? Tomorrow, i paint!
