Ripoff!
I've spent almost the whole day watching football and good news! The Detroit Lions finally got their third win! (never mind the fact they have ten losses) Anyway, Sunday Night Football is on now and, just like Monday Night Football, the program has its own theme song. Tonight was the first time I really paid attention to it and I noticed it's a ripoff of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts hit song from the '80s, "I Hate Myself For Loving You". A COMPLETE ripoff of it! Also, while on the topic of football, the Metrodome, home to the Minnesota Vikings collapsed under the weight of snow dropped by a winter storm last night. It was caught on video and it's a pretty amazing sight. The game that was going to be played there today has been postponed until tomorrow and is instead taking place at Ford Field in Detroit, home to my Lions. The tickets are free, which makes me wish I lived a little closer. Ah well.
