I find it so amusing that the Japanese word I've learnt when watching PoT is amazing/awesome :D (In Hikaru no Go it was I forfeit...)
Theory: You know, how people say that homosexuality can't be hereditary, because it wouldn't make no sense as logically gay people wouldn't get as many kids? What nonsense! Yesterday I was watching a fashion show, and there was this guy, and I though "what a hottie!" Then I thought "Hah, he's a model, I wonder if he's gay?" and suddenly he was even more attractive. Of course it can be just me, but let's assume that other women think that gay men are attractive as well. Well, during history gay people have had to hide their sexuality, or at least get married despite it. So. I'd say that a gay man is more likely to find a woman who's willing to have sex with him than a straight man. Ergo, they'd be more likely to have children = being gay would be good in evolutionary sense.
That's almost as good theory as
wilshirist's theory of why friends are usually the same height :D
I spent this afternoon planning the autumn of my scout group (what we're going to do etc.), and suddenly I'm so excited again! I've had trouble trying to get motivated, but now I can't wait for our first meeting this Wednesday :D
Tomorrow is my first uni lecture of this autumn. I'd be nervous if I hadn't met one boy from there yesterday, because that reminded me that it's nice because I'll get to see uni people again :D
