SIVULLINEN: *is back*
FINLAND: *is cold and rainy*
S: *feels at home immediately*
I'm home now from Italy! And right now I'm stressing so much. I'll never catch up with things that have happened, and I've a lot of RL things to do as well. *sigh* maybe after sleeping a night will help (it's 23.25 now and I've been travelling since 8.00)
What happened: sun, Gardalake, Sirmione, swimming pool, Venice, gondolride, traintrips, Aida in an amphitheatre in Verona, sleep deprivation, (re)learning Italian, the Alps, boat trips, having fun, shopping in Milan, museums, Leonardo da Vinci, cheap restaurants, suffering from Internetlessness, million litres of water, trying to tan, burning my skin, fighting with family members, disturbing message from the boy I had the date with, hothothot, getting lost, long walks, bus rides, friendly people, lots of tourists (especially German ones), finding guide books to be wrong, great inventions, flight home, losing our baggage...
(I'll probably post some pictures tomorrow, if I can figure out how to do it.)
Travelling with the family is great. Parents pay for everything, and you've your father and strong brother to carry all the heavy luggage. Also, you can say what you really want to do and disagree if you want to, without it meaning anything after 15 minutes. We also share pretty much the same interests and want to do the same things.
But it's also great to be home.
I'm kind of sad I missed the Midsummer again (it's kind of a big thing in Finland). But, at least we came home now, and didn't miss THE SALES which begin just after Midsummer. I can't wait going shopping tomorrow! *dreams*
Tomorrow I'll try to catch up with what has happened to you, though I guess that's an impossible task...
*goes to bed*
