RIP Compy
My computer essentially killed itself last night. I was able to salvage hard drives and RAM, and CD/DVD drives. Today is a very sad day in the life (death, rather) of Compy.
So I'm building Compy II. I just finished picking out the parts and it's going to come to about $1600. It's a good price considering how good the parts are. It'd be $2100 if I felt like adding another 7800GTX into the fray, but I'm going to try it with only one and see how it works. I'm sure I'll be fine, but if it's severely lacking, then there ya go.
