HAPPY 2014

Happy 2014! I barely felt like we were crossing over to the New Year. The highlights for 2013 would definitely be graduating from TP, entering the workforce industry and my 1st overseas trip with my best friend. And 3rd Jan 2014 marks the day that I've been working at NTUC Income for 6 months. It might seem like a short period of time, but half a year actually passed by. I'm starting school sometime Jan 20,and the feeling hasn't really settled in yet.

I've been too lazy to actually update about my Krabi trip with Nadhirah (even though I already have the photos). Anyway, just some updates of what I've been up to lately:

Everyone in the clique has finally turned 21! When four of us are together,we end up talking more than doing anything else. Headed to Punggol's Sakura Grill as a birthday treat for Ridhwan, but it was quite rushed since they closed at 10.30pm and we arrived only around 9+.And the grill was really too small for four people,so it took really long to cook the food. But nonetheless, the company was good (Y).It just makes me happy that we're all still hanging out even though we graduated from secondary school four years ago.

Day out with one of my fav girlfriends! We watched the first part of Hobbit in 2012,and we made a promise that we'd watch the 2nd part together in 2013...and we did! The feeling was like, ''Omg..a year actually passed''. Hobbit, yummy dinner at Pizza Hut, shopping till we felt really sore, endless funny conversations (as usual) and ended the night with some sweet treats @ Coffee Bean. No words to express how much I truly cherish our friendship,as sappy as that might sound. HAHAHA. Looking forward to our Sakura dinner date sometimes this Jan :>

Snapped during our Telesales Year End Party 2013. This is not even half of the Telesales Outbound team, but really,it's been a pleasure working in Telesales for the past 6 months. They're always willingly helping me and I love how they're really nice, warm and friendly. One of the reasons why I enjoy working there actually. We were split into three different teams and we had to come up with performances and everything - I don't have much photos but all I can say is it was a whole lot of fun and laughter. Until I heard tears in my eyes from laughing too hard at one of the performances. I've renewed my contract and I'm looking forward to another 6 months in Telesales!

Dinner @ Fish & Co and gift exchange with the best friend! We didn't have the time to meet up with each other ever since we got back with Krabi, and a month actually passed without us meeting each other. Work life just sucks up most of the free time available, especially since her schedule is way different from mine. We used to complain about school last time, and now, basically our stories are all about work work work. Bestf gave me lots of candies and a sweet, little encouraging note for 2014.Tell me,how can I not love this best friend of mine <3

Spent the last day of 2013 with my #omgboobies clique. 3 hours of karaoke (by the 2nd hour, all of five of us were more or less dead already hahaha), dinner at Swensens and I experienced my first countdown experience ever. OKAY LAH,LAME I KNOW. Because the thought of squeezing with crowd really doesn't appeal to me,but I managed to be persuaded by these people! And Geraldine's boyfriend was really nice to drive us around and everything.

The spot that we were at to watch the fireworks was really nice - wasn't crowded and we had a super clear view of the sky. Thirty minutes to 12am and we passed the time playing 'Truth' asking each other really dumb questions, and some of it had us laughing like crazy. The fireworks were truly, truly amazing. It was my first time seeing them up close and to see it burst into colors in front of your very eyes....really an amazing first countdown experience. Along with the fact that I celebrated it with a group of my favorite people <3

I don't exactly have a New Year's resolution (because I rarely stick to them, tbh). I just want 2014 to be an awesome year without any major hiccups, and I'll be happy enough.

I'll update about my Krabi Trip....once I'm not lazy. As usual, experiencing the pre-monday blues. Here's to a great January \o/
