I'm an infrequent poster. I have to stop.
Well, it's thanksgiving break, and I'm pretty darn happy. I have very little homework to accomplish, and even though finals are coming up, my schedule allows me to get lots of breaks and two or three classes where I just have to hand in a final project instead of taking a cumulative test. I hope everyone else gets lovely schedules like that...
The play run finally finished up, and on the whole, it was very successful. We made quite a good amount of money, and the play cast will progress on to Thespian Regionals, to compete for State. So things are good. Also, James gave us a $100 donaton, so THANK YOU JAMES ILU <3. There will be something in honor of that soon. The cast parties were awesome- one was a giant after-play dinner at IHOP, and another was just the director and I and my friend at her apartment, playing Wii and watching the Animation Show (which was made by Don Hertzfeldt, who made My Spoon Is Too Big.)
So, now I'm trying to get the hang of digital art with my tablet, seeing as I've had it for nearly a year >3< and I'm working hard on a story I've come up with. Yes, I know almost every time I 'come up with something' or make a conglomeraton, but this time I took all the best bits and put them together. I'm also writing out species, character and plot outlines. This MIGHT work out. *crosses fingers* It's a story with old (1700-1920) blended with new (robots!) and fairytales. Think Venice. And Ireland. And deserts. And dragons. Whooo Koshchei, you're finally getting to settle down into a story.
So, have fun during Thanksgiving everyone, and eat lots of good food.
