Anakin had a bad feeling about today.

It hadn't been improved by listening to the radio last night.

Alanna was walking around, trying to find familiar faces. Or people she could use to get good gossip on her daughter. Alanna heard the banging and leaned in the jam of the door.

"Give or take a few decades." Alanna said dryly. "Don't worry, there's another Alanna out there right now who's a bit closer to the age you expect her to be at."
