Anakin was standing on a chair in the middle of the room trying to attach what looked like a very complicated disco ball to the ceiling.

He was very interruptable.

Rory tapped on the door after she closed the library, holding two cups. The bruises she had sported on Tuesday were now turning some lovely shades of yellow and green and pink along the edges of the purple, which Rory figured was a good thing. Hopefully."

"I look like crap because I'm healing," she immediately said. "Are you going to be getting a leisure suit and cranking Donna Summers in here?"

"No," Anakin said, flipping the lights off and turning his shiny new toy on. "I finished my project."

The star that light up directly in front of her was the one she'd given him all those years ago.

He didn't mention it.

Rory stared. "Oh, wow," she breathed. "Are they just stars, or planets, too?"

"Just the stars," he said. "I can change it to pull up the planets by sector or system, but I like it this way best."

Rory looked at the star in front of her, and gently passed her fingertip through it. "Where's Coruscant located?"

"Red star in the center of the room," Anakin said, pointing towards it.

There were other red lights scattered throughout the space, spiraling out from Coruscant--his personal path of destruction.

Not that he would ever confess to what the lights meant.

"And Earth's probably somewhere out in the hall," she guessed. "Tatooine is...."

She took what Anakin had taught her of the systems the summer before, and bit her lip in concentration. "Over there?" she asked, pointing in the correct direction.

"Go me," she said a little smugly. "Is okay for me to walk through them? I brought you coffee." She made a face. "And tea with lemon for me."

"They're just lights," Anakin said, walking towards his desk with only a slightly guilty look at the space where Alderaan used to be.

It was close to his desk for a reason.

"Tea with lemon?" he repeated. "Doctor's orders?"

"Stupid doctor," she grumbled, walking through and handing him the coffee. "I can have decaf, but he seemed reluctant on that point. So in the name of not looking like I was hit by a truck, I turn to tea."
