AAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!
Ok, so I'm feeling a little stressed. It's my own fault, I should have done more work.
I've got to finish off a 750 review of a 'work' (luckily I'm reviewing the Animatrix, under the umbrella of Virtuality), an Annotated bibliography, with books I don't have (I suspect this will be finished on Tuesday *sigh*), a 1500 word 'defense' for my presentation last week, and finally, 1000 words contribution to my collaborative project assignment.
On the plus side, Animania is coming up on friday through monday (for me anyway), so that should be awesome.
Don't think I'll but that much loot this year (especially since I discovered the joy of torrenting comics [ARR! I'm a pirate I know :P]) except a couple of dvds I don't have yet (GASP!).
Things I did today, bought a bundle of books, $150 worth to be exact:
- two 40k novels
- all of A Song of Ice and Fire that's out at the moment (5 books)
- THE COMPLETE CHRONICLES OF CONAN
I very nearly shat bricks when I say the Conan book. Was only about $35, was HUEG and had a cool faux leather cover.
