DC.
So today i'm leaving for the school Washington DC trip. Yay. Actually, we're not even technically staying in DC, we're staying in Maryland and driving into DC everyday...I was shocked to learn yesterday that Washington DC isnt even a fucking state--what were they teaching us with all those songs...like that "50 nifty United States, with the 13 original colonies..." You know, that one we always learned in like...first grade? Noone EVER told me that Washington DC isnt a state...I mean what the hell? I was on the phone with Mike and i actually had to COUNT the states off the map and have him keep track of how many I'd counted so I could prove to myself that DC really isnt a state. Annoying.
Anyways, -takes breath-
We cant leave until after 6th period. So I have to sit through the rest of advisory, gym, science, title math, social studies, english, and art. Ew. All i wanna do is be on a bus listening to my music for 8 hours. And I'm dead serious. I loveeeeeeeee long car rides. They're so fun :)
