1) Take computer literacy test based upon computers made obsolete by new technology nearly a decade ago. Sample question: Why are problems with computers predicted to occur in the year 2000? Yeah.
2) Take car to get air conditioning fixed. Cost: $300 more than expected, as they have to remove the entire air conditioning system to fix one part in the middle.
3) On the way home, car begins to make "death rattle" noise even more violent than the one in the Saturn. I pull into the nearest parking lot and cry.
4) Honda says "Bring the car right back, we'll take a look at it." I can't make myself drive, so my mom picks me up and we go back. She freaks out at the mechanics, causing much interpersonal turbulence.
5) Find out it was a worn power steering belt. Car to be fixed Monday.
6) Drink beer and eat sushi with my mom. Japanese waitress WILL NOT STOP TALKING TO US. We leave.
