My brother and mom came to genasio on Friday night and left this Sunday morning at that 9:00 am time.
We went to a reading of a play called Marx in Soho...that is right, Karl Marx came here because the Progressive Student Coalition is special.
On Saturday I showed them the spectacular spectacular of Letchworth Park, but, unfortunately, they were not feeling nifty enough to go on the railroad tracks. I don't know what their deal was; I said it would be fine after the train passed.
They were also not outrageous enough to go to my favorite place (which isn’t a touristy place bc) it was discovered to be under a random bridge. Oh well, such is life and such is my mom.
We went to the good old meat restaurant; Dino-BBQ bc downstate has no such meat flavored place unless one is feeling Australian. But, it had a two hour wait, what the shit? I tried to persuade my mudder to let us get take out and eat it at the house, but she said no, bc my brudder insisted on it eating it in the car. So we got nothing. And she walked away too fast for me to get a side of the delicious Mash-ed potato or corn bread or BOTH! That would have been sweetness on a fork, in my mouth, going into my tummy, and out my butt.
Like every other day we ate at mia's except every other day I am alone. And that was that
And then we laughed to Who's line is it anyway live improvisation at the Kuhl gym bc we are cool as was the show. Don’t comment on my loser-like tendencies.
Last night people partied it up at my house and STAYED! Which is rarity...our house is usually a midway point from something really fun to something even better.
And today I ate soup.
The thing about life is that I just told you the events of the past couple of days.
And one has to ask oneself sometimes when the last time you saw an elephant was? And if it was more than a year ago, one has to wonder why you aren’t making the point to see them more often.
Aha. I found a theme
