Okay, it makes more sense to me to answer your comment from Minagawa's post here:

Basically some sort of room with water and a kettle and random crap *is* a break room. And it doesn't (to my mind at least) make sense to have two of them in a very small hospital. Granted, Lisa's room is transported wholesale from Silent Hill, but I seem to remember running the break room idea by you guys when I first got in and there was no mention of anything similar, bar the waiting room (this may all be my imagination, my memory is not that great). However, River and I have talked about any possible repurcussions from the breakroom/Silent Hill link with regards to the Halloween post so I don't think there would be any issues there unless you wanted some. The room isn't going to be dripping blood on you guys unless Lisa is, and basically she would hide and lock herself in the room before it got to that point -- it's her retreat. My OOC concern comes from her needing to get away and to hide and people using the room. Basically, apart from the fact that the room is sometimes not there, and there are sometimes doors to the other hospital, it shouldn't be too freaky -- just paint peeling, rust stains etc when Lisa is down.
