Weight Watchers and a little belly dancing :) I didn't go to meetings and stuff tho because I'm not much a meeting type of girl. I have the materials in a handy email if you'd like to see it. I'm actually pretty much at goal now, I'm trying to stick between 150-152ish right now - my ideal goal is 145 but I'm comfortable where I am right now, I like wearing a 10 12 :)

that's awesome!! it would be cool to buy clothes in a regular store again.... none of my clothes fit!

yeah, i'll take that email if it's handy. no time for meetings but definitely need some help. i atkins'd in 2000 and lost 35 lbs, but i can't do that and breastfeed.
