Summary: Inoo’s childhood friend Yabu tells him that his boyfriend, Takaki, is cheating on him. When Inoo doesn’t believe him, Yabu confronts Takaki. Takaki says that Yabu’s lying and tells Inoo to trust him. Who will Inoo believe?
Inoo slowly woke up and rubbed his eyes. He wanted to stand up and stretch, but found himself get stuck. He looked up and saw that he had fallen asleep in Yabu’s arms. The elder held him closely and laid his cheek on Inoo’s head.
‘’Kota, wake up’’ Inoo said while he poked in Yabu’s face. Yabu turned on his side with Inoo in his arms, but still didn’t wake up.
‘’Kota! Wake up! Your heavy body is lying on me’’ Inoo said, but Yabu seemed to be still in dreamy land. Inoo stared at yabu for a second.
He’s so close by..
It made Inoo’s heart beat faster and a small blush appeared on his face. Then he got it. He bends forward and softly blew in Yabu’s ear. Yabu immediately jumped up and fell of the couch.
‘’Itai~’’ he said while he rubbed his head. ‘’what the hell did you do, Kei?’’
‘’you where sleeping on me and it was the only way to wake you up’’
‘’mou, couldn’t you use an other method? It hurts’’
‘’I’m sorry, Kota’’ he said and grinned when he walked over to him and kissed his head. ‘’better?’’
‘’sure’’ Yabu said with a big smile. ‘’but my nose also hurts’’

‘’Wha~? Why?’’
Inoo stood up and walked away towards the kitchen. ‘’I’ll bake us some pancakes. Want too?’’ he said. Yabu nodded and sat back on the couch. ‘’he’ll probably never kiss me, ne?’’ he mumbled to himself. He grabbed the remote control and watched some TV until Inoo came back in with two plates full of pancakes.
‘’wow! Couldn’t you bake some more?’’ he said, being sarcastic. ‘’I’m hungry’’ the younger replied. Yabu took a look at him. Inoo’s arms have become very thin. His white skin was even whiter then before. His hair looked lifeless and it has lost its shine. It was the first time Yabu saw all of this.
‘’Kei.. are you eating enough?’’ he asked him.
‘’I think so. Why you ask?’’ Inoo said without looking up from the TV.
‘’it’s just.. it looks like you’re not feeling well. You’ve become so thin’’
‘’you don’t have to worry about me, Kota. I’ll be fine, really’’ he said as he gave Yabu a heartwarming smile. Yabu nodded and smiled back, but he was really worried about his best friend. If Inoo wasn’t at collage, he was at home working on his projects or staring at the TV like a zombie until he would fall asleep.
It’s not like he would tell me if he’s not feeling alright, of course. He’s too stubborn for that.
Inoo could not always stay inside the house, being locked away. Inoo should go out and do something fun so he could get his strength back. Then an idea popped up in Yabu’s mind.
‘’hey Kei, you wanna go to an amusement park?’’
‘’huh? Why are you saying that all of a sudden?’’
‘’nothing special. I just found that you should go out and enjoy yourself for a moment’’
Inoo blinked at him in confusion a couple of times. He had no clue about what Yabu would be thinking, but it didn’t sounded so bad. If he would go to an amusement park he would definitely enjoy it. ‘’alright, as long as you pay’’ he said with a big smirk.
‘’how dare you!? You’re so evil Kei, but it can’t resist your cute face, so it’s on me’’
‘’Yatta! Thank you Kota’’

‘’buy me a cotton candy!’’ Inoo yelled like he was a little girl that was in an amusement park for the first time. He dragged Yabu with him towards the candy stand and Yabu bought him his cotton candy.
Happily he sat down on a bench and eats his cotton candy. He took a big bite in it and ripped a part off that he pushed inside his mouth with his finger. ‘’it tastes so good!’’
Yabu turned his head towards him and had to laugh.
‘’haha! Kei, you’re not a little kind any more. You must eat it normally’’ he said when he reached out to him to get some cotton candy off his nose and then placed it in his mouth. Inoo got a blush on his face and quickly look away.
‘’if you’re not gonna eat it, I will’’ Yabu said when he took a big bite out of it.
‘’oi! Don’t do that!’’ Inoo said and tried to get his candy back.
After they finished eating, they stood up and walked around. ‘’is there something you wanna do?’’ yabu asked him. ‘’hm~.. I don’t really know’’ the younger replied.
‘’how about the rollercoaster?’’
‘’don’t tease me, Kota. You know I don’t like rollercoasters’’
Yabu grinned and said something about a new simulation attraction they could try. They went in a couple attractions, ate a lot of candy and the day was now slowly coming to an end. Inoo yawned and stretched his arms. He sneezed and rubbed his eyes. They were all signals that Inoo was getting really tired.
‘’c’mon, let’s go home’’ yabu said and lifted Inoo on his back.
‘’Ko.. Kota.. you don’t really have to do that. I can still walk by myself’’
‘’it’s no bother. You’re tired so try to relax a bit’’
Inoo just nodded and laid his head on Yabu’s back. Yabu drove Inoo back home and when they arrived he wanted to carry the younger again, but this time Inoo fully protested and said that it was less then 3 meter towards the door. Inoo opened the door and the first thing he saw was Takaki coming from out of the kitchen.
‘’Kei! Where have you been? I was almost about to call the police. Why didn’t you answered my calls?’’ Takaki said with a shocked voice. His hands grabbed Inoo’s shoulders and his scared eyes looked into his.
‘’you.. you called me?’’ Inoo stumbled out.
‘’yes. Many times. Didn’t you know?’’ he said as his voice now became a little softer and less shocked. He hands also left Inoo’s shoulders.
Inoo took his phone out of his pocket and saw that he had 24 missed calls. He opened it and Takaki’s name was behind all of them.
‘’Yabu took me out to a theme park. It was so much fun I probably didn’t noticed my phone. Sorry, Yuya’’
Takaki took him into his embrace. ‘’it’s alright. I was just worried over you since I couldn’t reach you. Let’s not worry about it anymore, ne? Besides, I’m glad that you enjoyed yourself. It’s good to hear that’’
Inoo loosened the hug and looked at Takaki. ‘’why are you home so early?’’
‘’I finished my work earlier then planned so I could go home. I was happy that I could see you, but when I got home you weren’t here, so then I called’’
Inoo’s head lowered and he looked at the ground. ‘’I’m really sorry I got you so worried about me’’
‘’you don’t have to apologize, Kei. I already said that we don’t have to bother about it anymore’’ he said and pulled the latter into a hug once again. After that it went silence of a couple of minutes, but someone’s stuttering voice broke it.
‘’euhm.. well.. I.. I think I’ll be going then. See you guys’’ Yabu said and turned around to go home, but Inoo pulled his arm and dragged him back inside. ‘’you don’t have to go. You can have dinner with us’’
‘’you don’t have to do that for me, Kei’’
‘’it’s no problem. See it as a thank-you-gift for the nice day you gave me today’’
Yabu turned silent and stared in Inoo deep brown orbs. So pretty. How in the world would I be able to resist that? ‘’well.. if it’s no bother then I guess it’s oke’’ he gave in.
‘’alright. I’ll cook us something then’’ Takaki said and disappeared into the kitchen again.

After dinner Inoo said that he wanted to play video games really badly and of course the other two could only give in to his cute, bagging face.
‘’Yatta! I won again!’’ Inoo yelled and jumped up in the air.
‘’I can’t believe you beat us again. You’re on a roll, Kei-chan’’ Yabu said.
‘’I just feel my best today’’
‘’I can see that. Normally you can’t move an inch and you’re not showing any human emotions at all’’
Takaki turned his head towards Yabu. ‘’what the hell do you mean by that?’’
Before Yabu could say anything, Inoo went down next to him and hysterically started to blabber something. ‘’ehm.. i.. it’s nothing. Kota is just.. ehm.. playing a bit. He.. he just exaggerates the fact that he founds me lazy’’
Now this time both Yabu and Takaki were a bit confused about what Inoo just said. Takaki actually wanted to ask Inoo what was wrong with him, but since Inoo throw one of his amazingly smiles again, he decided not to ask any further. ‘’I’ll get us something to drink’’ he said before he stood up and got over to the kitchen.
Yabu grabbed Inoo’s arm and pulled him towards him, face to face.
‘’didn’t you tell him?’’ he said with an intrusive whisper.
Inoo didn’t respond and just stared at the ground. He didn’t like these kinds of situations. He knew that Yabu wanted to get mad badly, but he always held back because Yabu said that if he would get mad at him, he would regret it later. Yabu said that he loved him too much. Sometimes that gave him a bit of a guilty feeling.
Yabu could already tell that Inoo didn’t say it. He didn’t need any words to prove that.
‘’Kei.. why?’’
‘’I.. I just don’t want to be a burden to him’’ he said softly.
‘’then do you think staying silent is gonna help?’’
The younger shook his head.
‘’if you’re not gonna tell him you’re sick, I will’’
‘’you’re.. you’re sick.. Kei?’’
They both turned there heads around and saw Takaki standing behind them, with his mouth wide open and eyes full of disbelieve. He rushed over towards Kei and grabbed the guy by his shoulders. ‘’why Kei? Why didn’t you tell me anything about this? For how long have you been sick? Does it hurt somewhere? Did you get some kind of infection?’’
Takaki overwhelmed Inoo with all kind of questions and Inoo was having a hard time coming though his voice.
‘’Yuya!’’ he yelled when Takaki seriously needed to stop talking. ‘’I knew you were going to react like this, so I didn’t want to tell you anything. I would only become a burden to you if you had to take care of me all day. You were so busy with your work lately and I didn’t want to trouble you. Besides, you don’t have to worry. It’s nothing serious. I’m just not feeling so well these days’’
Takaki went silent and had no words left. He stared at his beloved boy and then started to cry. ‘’Kei..’’he cried out as he took him closely into his arms, his head crying on Inoo’s shoulder. ‘’it doesn’t matter if it’s a serious illness or just not feeling so well, but why are you always thinking of me? What about you? Please Kei, be a little bit selfish sometimes and place yourself first. You don’t need to think about you bothering me. If you’re not feeling alright then it’s my job to take care of you’’
Now Inoo also cried and buried his head in Takaki’s warm chest. Between his sobbing’s a soft ‘thank you’ could be heard.

Takaki and Inoo were now sitting on the couch, staring at the TV. Yabu had left already for awhile now. Takaki’s hand was wrapped around Inoo’s thin waist and Inoo’s had his head resting on Takaki’s chest. Takaki’s caressed the younger his lower back, slowly going up to caresses his side and belly. He thought Inoo was already asleep, but just when he was about to check if he was, Inoo spoke up.
‘’I missed you.. I missed you so much’’ he whispered. ‘’I didn’t want you to go to work and leave me by myself. I wanted you to stay and take care off me. I’m really thankful to Kota that he helped me, but it wasn’t the same. Every time he came, I was thinking of you. Please.. don’t go again, Yuya’’
Takaki cupped Inoo’s face and run his thumb over his cheek. ‘’Kei..’’ he said when he looked in his eyes. ‘’I’m so sorry for leaving you by yourself. How badly I wished I could stay by your side and take care of you. I promise.. I won’t go again’’
A small tear escaped Inoo’s eye before he closed the distance between them and pressed his soft lips on Takaki’s. He wrapped his arms around Takaki’s neck and kissed him deeper. Takaki grabbed Inoo by his waist to push him further against him.
He licked Inoo’s bottom lip and made the latter open his mouth. He let his tongue glide inside and let it wander around the hot cave. ‘’Yuya… now..’’ Inoo moaned in the kiss. Takaki pulled Inoo up and held him in bridle style. Inoo let his head rest on Takaki’s chest and let his eyelids softly fall.
