bye bye summer
It is pretty unbelievable that I'm going to be in Claremont tonight.
The summer was satisfactory, I guess. Neither good nor bad, mostly just boring. It'll be a relief to be back at school with good people and classes to keep me busy.
Summer highlights:
1. cross country road trip w/ jesse (world's largest prairie dog?)
2. visiting carey in ohio
3. daily trips to the gym with kate lee
4. making pies with katie
5. watching Kept obsessively
6. visiting Jon Good and his roommates in Boston, eating Jon Good's amazing cooking, going to crazy rooftop parties, drinking very strong black russians
7. celebrating july 4th BBQ style with jon good and co.
8. having dinner at Carmine's in NYC with an awesome group of CTYers and people from school and ordering lots of wine
9. having an even more random dinner the next night with Lee-kai, Bara, Jon Lii, and Alex Steingart and partying til 4am at Pioneer
10. getting to hang out with Lee-kai for a significant amount of time for the first time since CTY
11. working in the E.R., pushing people around on gurneys, getting hit on by the janitor who brought me icecream
12. visiting carey in lancaster
13. crashing bara's brother's party and seeing EMMA!
14. seeing Altar Boyz
15. going up to Maine with carey, peter, and jesse
16. gettings lot of new music from kate lee (you are the best)
17. seeing tyler's band at the middle east with phill
18. watching the rolling stones from a rooftop in boston
19. kate and joey lee's party where i passed out and the sink broke
20. going on the FREE SUNSET CRUISE with awesome people and then eating delicious pizza at Regina's
Not bad. I'd do it all over again. With that, I'm out. Come visit me in California, or else.
