a new do, a new day, a new perspective
Amazing how the three things, in combination, can turn a person around. Looking at my last two entries - my grammer/spelling skills fell deep, deep, deep into a gutter! Yikes, just proves at what a bizarro lowish spot I was.
But it's a new day.
Got my hair cut and highlighted. The woman who works these miracles on my tresses said I hadn't been in since Oct! No wonder I looked washed out and dead. Now I feel perky and happy for my hairs again. Even though I had about 3 inches of them all cut off, they look so much more lively now.
The asst. principal and I had a chat on the phone today concerning kid one's care at school this fall. He was gracious and helpful. We've scheduled a team meeting for the week before school starts. Those in attendance will be all the teachers she will have as well as office staff, himself, and the pricipal. That makes me happy. I've already started to prepare a presentation/info package for them, but now I can kick in and really get it ready.
