Natacha is sneaky. She arranges for Gideon and Anton to be taken -- sedated -- onto her very own ship (and yes, she does have one of her own). While her father is busy trying to work out where the fuck the psychiatrist is, she's cloaking the ship and leaving Staddewasser, intent on taking them both to Beta Colony -- it's closer than Earth, and she's not making two trips. Let the humans send Gideon back where he belongs. So long as he's out of her father's reach.
