The concept of a library is just amazing...
Library = Good. I can borrow books that I want to read and I don't have to spend money to buy them.
I love the concept of putting books on hold so that I walk up to the check out desk and they have what I want waiting for me.
However, it seems odd that a week ago yesterday I requested books that were on the shelf at the Covington Library.
Today, I'm still waiting on my hold, as it is "in transit". The copies that were on the shelf? I just checked them out about an hour or two ago because I was tired of waiting for them to finally show up.
But, on the trip to town, I managed to swing by Kroger and pick up all of the pharmaceuticals on my list from yesterday (and chocolate, and caffeine).
And, I wish my head was just a little bit more back to normal...Shawn Mullins is playing the Tabernacle tonight. Oh, such the voice... (WHAT?!? Tickets are only $22.50?!?!?)
