I have a list of individuals who had previously expressed interest in volunteering for the New Arrival Outreach Program that I'd like to check in with to see if they're still interested.

Alright! Well, let's see... at the moment the soup kitchen is the project most in need of hands, would you mind helping there occasionally? There will be other things in the future, but right now we're concentrating on getting the basics of the operation running.
