My garden this year will be fantastic. Fear my fierce little patio container garden!

I am once again trying squash: longneck summer and black beauty zucchini. There will also be a huge sunflower (though likely only one since they're 8'-10' at max height). We'll have basil (sweet and dark opal), sage (white, purple, and golden), thyme, oregano, summer savory, marjoram, chives, garlic chives, rosemary, lavender, mint, anise... you name it, it'll be there.

And there will be tomatoes (likely beefsteak) and peppers (red, chocolate, and habanero), and sweet snap peas of course. Here's hoping my raspberry bush actually *fruits* this year. It's been two years now with nothing. I'll be more strategic with pruning and better with watering

And then we have the pretty things: Sambac jasmine being the star, my red shamrocks, and my new little Christmas Cactus will hopefully be in bloom as well.

I really can't wait to get to start moving everything outside with confidence. Want. Garden. Now. I was good and bought some gardening gloves this year so I don't grind my fingers so much ;)

Just imagine how crazy it will be in a few years when we have land. I'm telling you - almost all the veggies will come from our backyard. I love gardening. I put energy in and out comes stuff with which to make food and tea - it couldn't be more satisfying.
